Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called MDX2001 in about 285 adults with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread). The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also see if it shrinks tumors. This is not a cure, but it may help control the disease.
