Can a quick lung scan replace the stethoscope for breathlessness?

Summary
This study checks if a lung ultrasound done at the bedside can give clear enough images to help doctors assess patients with shortness of breath. About 150 adults with or without known lung disease will each have two ultrasounds. The goal is to see if the images are good enough for a clinical diagnosis.
