Summary
This observational study will enroll 300 people with suspected lung lesions to see if 3D ultrasound can measure them as accurately as CT scans. Participants will undergo both ultrasound and CT imaging, and researchers will compare the results. If the 3D ultrasound works well, it could offer a safer, radiation-free way to track lung disease over time.
