Summary
This study tests whether creating a personalized lullaby can improve quality of life and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in pregnant women with epilepsy. Thirty first-time mothers-to-be will be randomly assigned to either take part in the Lullaby Project or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this creative, music-based activity offers emotional and mental health benefits during pregnancy.
