NCT ID NCT03449108
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a treatment made from a patient's own immune cells (called LN-145) for cancers like ovarian, triple-negative breast, anaplastic thyroid, and bone sarcomas that have not responded to standard therapy or have returned. The cells are taken from the tumor, grown in a lab, and then given back to the patient to help their body fight the cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors or stop them from growing.
