Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It tests a treatment that uses the patient's own immune cells, trained in a lab to attack the tumor, combined with immunotherapy drugs and a pneumonia vaccine, all given after high-dose radiation. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help control the cancer for longer.
