Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed. It tests whether giving a special immune cell treatment (made from the patient's own blood) along with a pneumonia vaccine and immunotherapy drugs after high-dose radiation is safe and can help control the cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can slow or stop tumor growth.
