Summary

This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It tests whether injecting a patient's own specially trained immune cells (dendritic cells) into the tumor, along with immunotherapy drugs, after high-dose radiation is safe and can help control the cancer. The goal is to stimulate the body's immune system to fight the tumor more effectively.
