First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether lifestyle changes—like regular exercise, a Mediterranean diet, and cognitive training—can prevent memory and thinking problems in adults aged 50-80 who have depression or depressive symptoms but no current cognitive decline. Researchers will compare three groups over 12 weeks and follow up for 3 months to see which approach best improves mood, memory, and overall quality of life.
