Summary
This study tests whether allowing more flexibility in levothyroxine dosing can improve quality of life in older adults with hypothyroidism. Researchers will enroll 228 people aged 65 and older who take daily thyroid medication. Participants will be monitored for changes in symptoms, thinking skills, and overall well-being.
