Summary

This study looks at whether allowing more flexibility in levothyroxine (thyroid hormone) dosing can improve quality of life for older adults with hypothyroidism. Researchers will enroll 228 people aged 65 and older who take daily thyroid medication. Participants will be monitored for changes in symptoms, thinking skills, and overall well-being.
