Inclusion Criteria: * Adults aged 18-59 years. * Previously established diagnosis of hypothyroidism. * Receiving routine outpatient or inpatient care at participating healthcare institutions. * Ability to undergo ultrasonographic, anthropometric and functional assessments. * Provision of written informed consent.
