Robot legs help veterans with spasticity walk better

Summary

This study is testing a wearable leg exoskeleton to help people with spasticity (muscle stiffness) from spinal cord injury. Ten veterans will use the device for leg stretching, treadmill walking, and overground walking to see if it improves muscle activity, joint motion, and walking ability. The goal is to develop a practical strategy to restore leg function and enhance quality of life.
