Summary
This study looked at whether laughter yoga can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel less tired, sleep better, and improve their overall mood. Forty adults with MS took part, and the researchers measured their fatigue, sleep quality, and psychological well-being before and after six weeks of laughter yoga. The goal was to see if this fun, low-cost activity could be a helpful addition to standard MS care.
