Summary
This study looked at 688 people with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease who received Kynteles (vedolizumab) as part of their regular care in South Korea. The main goal was to track side effects, and researchers also measured how many patients saw their symptoms improve. The drug is used to control disease activity, not to cure the condition.
