Summary

This study looked at whether taking Korean ginseng extract for eight weeks could help healthy adults feel less tired and improve their exercise performance. Sixty adults aged 20 to 50 took either the ginseng extract or a placebo daily. Researchers measured changes in strength, oxygen use, and other body markers before and after the treatment.
