Summary
This study tests whether a kidney transplant-specific comprehensive geriatric assessment (KT-CGA) can improve how older adults (60+) are evaluated for kidney transplants. Fifty participants will either receive the KT-CGA plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and acceptable, and how it affects transplant decisions and quality of life.
