Summary
This study tests whether a ketogenic diet (high fat, low carbs) combined with the diabetes drug metformin is safe and tolerable for people with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. The goal is to lower blood sugar, which may slow tumor growth. Participants work with a nutritionist and continue treatment as long as it helps and side effects are manageable.
