First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding jump squat exercises to regular training helps 13- to 14-year-old swimmers improve their 15-meter start time. Eleven youth swimmers from Club Huracanes will do the program for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure start speed and flight distance before and after training.
