First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a special breathing training device, along with standard physical therapy, can help people recover more quickly after a lung transplant. About 90 adults waiting for a lung transplant will take part. The goal is to see if the training improves breathing muscle strength, reduces shortness of breath and tiredness, and helps people get back to daily activities sooner.
