Summary

This study looks at whether using a special breathing trainer, along with standard physical therapy, helps people who just had a lung transplant. The goal is to see if it improves breathing muscle strength, reduces shortness of breath and fatigue, and helps them get back to daily activities sooner. About 90 adults waiting for a lung transplant will take part.
