Simple breathing workout speeds recovery after lung transplant

Summary

This study tests whether using a breathing muscle training device, along with standard physical therapy, helps people recover more quickly after a lung transplant. About 90 adults waiting for a lung transplant will take part. The goal is to see if this training improves breathing strength, reduces shortness of breath and fatigue, and makes daily activities easier.
