Summary
This study tested whether breathing in a medicine called tranexamic acid can help stop lung bleeding in children in the intensive care unit. Researchers enrolled 100 children aged 1 month to 18 years with lung bleeding. They tracked how many stopped bleeding within 48 hours, side effects, and how long children stayed in the hospital.
