Summary

This study tests a drug called indoximod, which aims to help the immune system fight brain tumors. It is for children aged 3 to 21 with certain types of progressive brain cancer or a newly diagnosed brainstem tumor (DIPG). Participants receive indoximod alongside standard chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to see if adding this drug improves survival compared to standard treatment alone.
