This study looked at 150 adults with Crohn's disease who were treated with ustekinumab, a targeted drug. Researchers used high-tech imaging to measure inflammation deep in the gut wall and checked if that helped predict how well the drug worked over 12 months. The goal was to see if imaging could give a better picture of treatment success than standard tests alone.
