First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding ketamine to an online therapy program can quickly reduce suicidal thoughts in people with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 110 adults will receive weekly online therapy for 13 weeks, and half will also get six ketamine infusions over the first month. The goal is to see if the combination works better than therapy alone at reducing suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
