Summary
This study aims to learn more about Hyper IgE syndrome, a rare immune disorder that causes severe skin and lung infections. Researchers will follow 300 patients and 300 family members over time to understand the genetic causes and health problems linked to the condition. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is to gather information to improve future care.
