NCT ID NCT07228520
Summary
This study is testing whether eight weekly home visits from a nurse can help older adults better manage chronic pain and depressive symptoms. The program provides education, goal-setting support, and helps connect participants to local resources. Researchers aim to see if this personalized, in-home approach improves daily function and quality of life for adults aged 50+ who are experiencing both pain and low mood.
