Scientists track HIV Patients' internal clocks to uncover health risks
NCT ID NCT03133559
Summary
This study aims to understand how the body's natural daily rhythms are connected to health problems in people living with HIV. Researchers will enroll 80 men, both with and without HIV, to track their daily patterns of activity, sleep, and biological markers over time. The goal is to gather information that could explain why people with HIV face higher risks for conditions like heart disease and diabetes.
