Summary
This study tests whether a small implanted device called CardioMEMS can help prevent serious complications in people who have survived cardiogenic shock, a life-threatening condition where the heart suddenly can't pump enough blood. The device measures pressure inside the pulmonary artery, and doctors use that data to adjust medications. The trial will follow 40 patients for 6 months to see if it reduces deaths, hospital stays, and improves quality of life.
