Summary
This pilot study tests whether eating one healthy cookie each day for two weeks can improve how your cells produce energy. Researchers will measure changes in mitochondria (the cell's power plants) from blood and muscle samples. The study involves 24 healthy, non-smoking adults and is run by Ohio State University.
