Inclusion Criteria: * 65 years or older and retired * live in ordinary housing * experience a changed life situation that can pose a risk of reduced social participation and health * have access to a computer or tablet, access to and experience of using the Internet and e-mail * able to express themselves in speech and assimilate information Exclusion Criteria: * have an ongoing application to nursing home * disease or conditions that affect the ability to provide informed consent and participate in data collection and the intervention
