Summary
This study tested a new web-based group program called Health Web 1.0 for older adults. The goal was to see if it could help them stay socially active and do things that matter to them. 13 healthy adults aged 65+ took part in online sessions over 7 weeks. Researchers checked if the program was easy to use and if it made a difference in their daily lives.
