Summary
This study is testing a new approach for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if giving a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery can shrink tumors enough to allow surgeons to perform less extensive operations. This could help patients preserve their ability to speak, swallow, and see better after treatment.
