Summary

This study tests a new approach to bone marrow transplant for people with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) who don't have a perfectly matched donor. The goal is to see if using a partially matched relative as a donor, along with special drugs and radiation, can safely cure the disease. Up to 4 participants aged 4 to 65 will be enrolled.
