Summary
This study tests a new drug called GTAEXS617 in 230 adults with advanced solid tumors, including lung, breast, ovarian, pancreatic, and head and neck cancers. The goal is to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. Participants must have a life expectancy over 3 months and be well enough for daily activities.
