Summary
This study tests a new drug called GTAEXS617 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 230 adults with certain cancers like lung, pancreatic, or ovarian cancer will take part.
