This study tested whether group-based telehealth visits could help adolescents with obesity manage their weight. Sixty-six teens attended 12 virtual sessions over 6 months covering nutrition, exercise, and mental health. Researchers compared their results to traditional in-person clinic visits to see if online care is a practical and effective option.
