Summary
This study looked at whether eating Greek yogurt for 8 weeks could improve bone health and lower inflammation in adults aged 55 and older. Some participants also took exercise classes. The goal was to see if yogurt, with or without exercise, helps the body build stronger bones and reduce inflammation markers.
