New combo may help more lymphoma patients qualify for potentially curative CAR-T

Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs—golcadomide and rituximab—before CAR-T cell therapy can help more people with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to control the disease so patients can proceed to CAR-T, which offers a chance for long-term remission. About 41 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
