First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, epcoritamab and ibrutinib, for people with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. Epcoritamab helps immune cells attack lymphoma cells, while ibrutinib blocks signals that help cancer cells grow. The study will enroll 38 participants to find the best dose and see how well the combination works.
