Summary
This study uses advanced MRI scans to track changes in muscle and fat in the body and heart over 12 months in 50 adults starting semaglutide for type 2 diabetes or weight loss. Participants will undergo MRI scans, physical tests, blood samples, and questionnaires. The goal is to understand how semaglutide affects muscle health to ensure long-term well-being.
