Summary

This study looks at whether fungi moving from the gut into the blood can cause inflammation and worsen lung function in people with HIV. Researchers will measure fungal markers and lung health in 100 participants over time. The goal is to better understand why some people with HIV develop COPD, a serious lung disease.
