First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tested whether foot reflexology, a type of focused foot massage, could help people with migraines feel less pain and fatigue and have a better quality of life. 78 adults with migraines took part. One group received 10 sessions of foot reflexology over 5 weeks, while the other group continued their usual care. Researchers measured pain, fatigue, and quality of life before and after the treatment to see if reflexology made a difference.
