First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at why some young adults find it easy or hard to swap red meat for fish or plant-based foods. Thirty participants aged 18-30 who eat a lot of red meat will try these swaps for 8 weeks. Researchers will track changes in weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar to see if the swaps improve health.
