Summary

This study looks at why some young adults find it easy or hard to replace red meat with fish or plant-based foods. Thirty participants aged 18-30 who eat a lot of red meat will try these swaps for 8 weeks. Researchers will track their diet, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar to see what helps or hinders the change.
