First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a Fitbit activity tracker plus health coaching could help people with overweight or obesity who are already taking weight-loss medications (GLP-1s) become more active. Fifteen adults from a primary care clinic took part in a 12-week program. The main goal was to see if the program was easy to set up and use, not to measure weight loss or cure disease.
