Summary
This study tested whether a faith-based mobile app could help improve mental health and well-being for university students. 450 students were asked to use the PRAY.COM app for at least 10 minutes daily for 8 weeks. Researchers measured if the app was easy to use and acceptable, and checked for changes in symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, and academic challenges.
