Summary
This study tested whether using a faith-based mobile app (PRAY.COM) could help improve mental health and well-being for university students. 450 students were asked to use the app for at least 10 minutes daily for 8 weeks. Researchers measured if students found the app useful and if it helped reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, and loneliness.
