Could a VR headset spot dementia before you notice?

NCT ID NCT07402356

Summary

This study is testing a new, non-invasive tool to help detect early signs of cognitive decline. Researchers will use a VR headset with eye-tracking to measure how people's pupils respond during simple memory tasks. They aim to see if these pupil measurements can identify subtle changes linked to conditions like Alzheimer's disease or depression-related memory problems earlier than standard tests.
