New pain block may improve recovery after gynecologic surgery

Summary
This study looks at two ways to manage pain after gynecological surgery: the EXORA block and epidural analgesia. Researchers want to see which method helps patients recover better and feel less pain. About 60 adults having elective gynecologic surgery will take part, and their recovery and pain levels will be measured using standard questionnaires.
