New pain block may match epidural for surgery recovery

Summary
This study looks at two ways to manage pain after gynecologic surgery: the EXORA block and epidural analgesia. Researchers want to see which method helps patients recover better and feel less pain. About 60 adults having planned gynecologic surgery will take part, and their recovery and pain levels will be tracked using simple questionnaires.
